30-Day Cancellation Window: If you cancel at least 30 days before the start date of your trip, you’re eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover planning and processing costs.
15-29 Days Before Travel: Cancellations within this period qualify for a 50% refund, as we may have incurred non-refundable costs with local partners (e.g., hotels, guides).
Less Than 15 Days: No refunds are available, as most arrangements are finalized and non-refundable by this point. However, we may offer a partial credit for future bookings at our discretion.
Trip Modifications: If you need to change dates or details, contact us at least 30 days before travel. We’ll do our best to accommodate without extra cost, subject to availability and partner terms. Modifications within 15 days may incur fees or be treated as cancellations.
b. Digital Products
For digital products, such as downloadable travel guides or planning tools:
7-Day Refund Period: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective (e.g., file corruption, inaccessible content).
